World’s first net zero emissions logistics building

Exciting news on the road to zero emissions!

NREP are pioneers in sustainable real estate, both in urban areas, and in logistics properties. One example is their development of the former Freeport in Copenhagen, Nordhavnen, into a prosperous new area, where new buildings are built and old buildings are refurbished, together keeping up part of the aesthetics of the former port and industry area in the best possible manner. With DGNB as tool, the three P’s of sustainability – People, Profit, Planet – are in focus from planning to execution.
